I have lost or misplaced my tickets!
At any time you may re-download or re-print your tickets from your account. Here is how.
My tickets have someone else's name on them.
If your tickets have a printed name on them, the name printed will be the same as the purchaser's. Tickets do not have to be in your name to use them.
My Tickets Aren't Attached To My Receipt

I ordered more than 1 ticket, but I see only 1 PDF file.
If you have ordered more than 1 tickets in your order, there will be multiple pages in your PDF document that you can download or print at home. There will be 1 page for each ticket, so a 4 ticket order, means a 4 page PDF.
